Attendant Care Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those you care for. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals, including seniors, individuals with autism, and those requiring hospice care
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote a safe and supportive environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
